Description
William Gurlay, lord of ‘Fritht’, grants and confirms to Michael son of Gilchrist and Idonea [‘Idania’], daughter of the said William, his land of Stenhouse (STL), formerly belonging to Elias of Stenhouse, in the feu of Dunipace (STL) providing that if the said Idonea should die without heirs, the land shall remain with Michael for his life and revert to the grantor at his death, rendering 12d. yearly and bodily service in the army on horseback and the cost of the lord of the feu.
