Description
Walter de Curry, the knight, keeper of Dumfries, Wigtown, and Kirkcudbright, has received from Sir Alexander de Balliol, chamberlain of Scotland, and Master Robert Heron, [who was made an] associate to the same [chamberlain] by the lord king of England, as part of the payment of his wages granted to him for the custody of the castles of Dumfries, Wigtown, and Kirkcudbright, ten pounds of sterling.
