Description
Roger of Badby has given, granted and surrendered title of claim, and by his present charter established, to Simon of Morehouse one oxgang of land with adjacent toft and croft in the villa and territory of Lamberton Superior, which oxgang he held from John of Renton, lord of the said villa to hold of him and his heirs, in feu and heritage, rendering at Lamberton annually at the feast of the nativity of Blessed John the Baptist for all earthly services and demands one rose in the name of white ferme and making service to the lord of Lamberton.
