Description
The king to the sheriff of Roxburgh. His late father and himself have repeatedly enjoined him to give her dower in Liddesdale to Joanna, widow of John Wake, and he has replied that he is about so doing. As to £32 of the issues which the late king pardoned to William de Soules, commands him to levy and have these in the English courts by the quizaine of Michaelmas instant, to be paid to Joanna or William as the court shall decide. Under his seal for Scotland.
