Description
Indenture that Sir Roger de Mowbray, with 20 men-at-arms of his own retinue, shall join Sir Henry de Beaumont and others in garrison at Perth, and aid them in keeping the same and the country beyond Forth till next Easter, drawing for himself and his 20 men 300 marks in full of pay, ‘restor’ of horses, and all other costs; 100 marks of which at this date, and 100 each at the terms of St Hilary and Easter following.
