The king orders and appoints his clerk and almoner, John de Leek, his procurator and attorney, giving him free power, in his name, to receive in his name, the books, vestments, and other ornaments of the chapel of the late Matthew, bishop of Dunkeld, deceased, falling to the king by the custom of his land of Scotland by the death of the bishop.
