Description
Richard of Sweethope, keeper of the castle of Aboyne, has received, by the hand of Gilbert, clerk, and William called Bishop, from the part of Sir Donald, earl of Mar, for his expenses and services in the said castle, £13 6s. 8d. for expenses of 40 days beginning Monday in the Feast of St Remy and ending on Friday before the feast of St Martin the bishop, 1291, which money received he has quitclaimed to Sir Donald in full.
