The king has given and granted for himself and his heirs to A[ntony], bishop of Durham, those houses and burgages within the villa of Berwick which belonged to Nicholas of Langton, formerly burgess of Berwick, and which, by the rebellion of Nicholas, were forfeited into the king’s hand.
