Description
The king has granted, for himself and his heirs, to his cousin and sworn-man, Henry de Percy, all the lands and tenements with pertinents wherever they may be in England or Scotland which belonged to the late Ingram de Balliol on the day he died, and which fell to Ingram de Umfraville, the king’s enemy and rebel, by hereditary right. To have of the chief lords of the feu by service, debt and custom, in perpetuity. By the king himself, as reported by J[ohn] of Banstead.
