Description
William of Durham, his bachelor, to the king. Informs him that this Monday after the Feast of St Matthew, a spy came to him at Peebles from Nithsdale, and told him for certain that the Scots who were in Galloway had retreated towards Nithsdale and this Sunday were at 'les Kellys', and would be on Monday at Glencairn, etc. Informs him of other events.
