Henry of Penrith, in recompense for an axe lent in the wardrobe to cut trees in the wood next to Dumfries, for pales there, which was not restored to him – by order of Sir J. de Droxford, at Dumfries, 6th day of November, 10d. Simon of Lincoln, for same there on same day, 12d. John of Coupland for same, there same day, 18d. Sir Simon de Montacute a prest at Dumfries, on 19 October, 20s.
