Description
Hugh of Fotheringhay notes that he is obligated to the prior and canons of St Andrews for the warrandice and defence of those houses which were the late Stephen of Friarton’s, sold by him to the same, situated in the villa of Perth, on The Inch, against any heirs, assignees or successors of Stephen of Friarton. Hugh is bound to St Andrews Priory for a payment of 20 pounds sterling.
