Description
Letter from John of Banstead to William of Greenfield, chancellor. Certifies that Thomas of Richmond, who is on the king’s service in Scotland in the writer’s company, has appointed Reynerus de Cotum as his attorney in an assize of novel disseisin which Thomas arraigned before Adam of Crookdake and Henry de Sutton, justices of assize in Cumberland, concerning a tenement in Corkeby in the county. Requests letter of attorney under the great seal be drown up for Thomas Clackmannan.
