Petition to the king and council from Nicholas de Seagrave, showing that he was in the king’s service in Scotland and under his protection but was impleaded before Sir Henry Pirgurnel in Oxfordshire, losing issues to the value of £10 because the protection came after the indictment was given. He asks for remedy.
