Petition to the king and Council by Matthew de Redman, who was warden of the castle of Dumfries, with 5 men at arms, 10 crossbowmen and 10 archers from the Gule of August in the 33rd year until the 20th day of ‘Nouel’ following, at £60 per year, as in indenture, praying for £40 of his arrears.
