Fiat for the sheriff of Somerset and Dorset for £12 5s. 8d. paid William Murray and Fergus of Ardrossan, in Corfe castle from Michaelmas 1309 till Michaemlas 1310, that is, William 4d., his robe at 20s.; Fergus at 3d. and his robe a mark; also £4 5s. 2d. for same persons from the morrow of Michaelmas 1310 till 20 December following, that is, 82 days, when Fergus was freed from prison, and for William till Easter following, that is, 11 April 1311 – 112 days; and for William Giffard, Gilchrist of the Kitchen and Adam Picard, in the same castle, from Michaelmas 1309 till 20 December 1310 when they were freed from the castle; 1 year 82 days, £13 2d.
