Description
The king writes to his justices of the Bench commanding them to give respite of pleas to John de Warenne, earl of Surrey, who is guardian of the realm of Scotland. Similar letters of respite of pleas to Henry de Percy, who is in the king’s service there. Similar letters to Elias of Albany and Roland de Queykyn. Similar letters to Alelinus of Welton who is with Robert Hastang.
