Alexander, king of Scots, for Soutra Hospital; has inspected charter of his father, Alexander king of Scots, by which he gave a half-chalder of oatmeal yearly at Easter from mill of Peebles, meal that was customarily rendered now being given at ferme in cash; he wills and grants to brethren that in future they should receive said half-chalder of oatmeal every year from his mill of Traquair (PEB)
