Description
Robert, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful Walter Fleming son of Walter Fleming of Barochan, knight, half of the mill of Kettins (ANG), a third part of the land of Pitcur (ANG), a brewhouse with apple orchard in the vill of Kettins together with four acres in the demesne land of the same vill, which is assigned to the same brewhouse, a cottage on the west side of the vill of Kettins, a forge in the same vill and 23 solidi annually from the mill of the barony of Eassie, for the service of one eighth of a knight in the king's army, and the Scottish service owed, and with the share of a suit of court pertaining to the barony of Kettins (ANG) to be made in his sheriffdom court of Forfar.
