Description
Robert, king of Scots, to his baillies of Kinghorn (FIF), noting that Arbroath abbey was wont to receive 4 marks of silver annually from his fermes and renders of Kinghorn for the lighting of the tomb of lord William king of Scotland of good memory. The king wills that this payment be made every year by the hands of his baillies.
