Description
Robert, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful William the barber all his lands that were Adam of Hoddam's in the villa and tenement of Kirkborthwick (ROX) and lordship over all the freeholders there and with the lordship of Hoscote with Adam's part of the common Girnwood amd 'Heudouchheyth', which Adam resigned and quitclaimed by rod and staff, holding in feu and heritage, with demesnes and commons, by service owed and accustomed.
