Description
Robert, king of Scots, notes that a good and faithful assize held in front of him and his council at Scone it was determined that the bishop and church of Dunkeld ought to receive teinds of all the profits of pleas, fines, and escheats within the earldoms of Atholl and Strathearn. He approves this assise for the salvation of his soul and those of his ancestors and successors the kings of Scots, and ratifies and confirms these teinds in pure and perpetual alms.
