Description
Robert, king of Scots, has given Gilbert Wiseman 40 librates of land within the land of Rothes (MOR), namely 'Achinbroyth', 'Moleben' with its mill, the land of 'Cardeny', 'Inchebethachy', 'Ordeceysche', 'Kelnagarth', 'Inchebare', 'Gerbothy' with mill, 5 oxgangs of land in Dundurcas with a brewhouse, land called 'le Croftes' with a fishery, the land of 'Stronbuky' with four 'Ferthes', and all cruives (fish-traps) east of the bridge of 'Swirdisdint', having and holding of Thomas Randolph, earl of Moray, in feu and heritage and in free barony, with pit and gallows, sake and soke, toll, team and infangenthef, making half the service of one knight.
