Description
Robert, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful Peter of Spalding for his homage and service in exchange for all the lands, tenements and renders in the burgh of Berwick upon Tweed, the lands of Balzeordie and Pitmudie (ANG) in the sheriffdom of Forfar with the custody of his forest of Kilgarie (ANG) and foggage of the same, saving to himself greenwood and hunting, holding in feu and heritage for part of the service of a knight and Scottish service.
