- Robert, king of Scots, has granted that donation which John of Graham the father made to our beloved and faithful William de Soules knight of all the lands that the said John had in Eskdale in the barony of Westerker in the sheriffdom of Roxburgh (now DMF), holding in feu and heritage with the advowson of the church of Westerker, as attested by John's charter for William, saving the king's service.
