Description
Robert, king of Scots, has granted the burgesses of Irvine (AYR) freedom from toll and custom, as contained in the charter of his predecessor lord Alexander II, king of Scots. He also grants that they may be free of the toll in his burgh of Ayr that they were wont to pay in the past.
