Description
Robert, king of Scots, our nephew the earl of Moray in England and his return to Scotland in order to safely and surely deliver the hostages the noble men Thomas of Wake, John of Hastings, and the lord of Ross, knights, Henry de Percy and the elder son Hugh le Despenser the son. We promise that the exchange of our said nephew and the said hostages will be made well and surely and without bad intent
