Depiction of the king wearing a small crown and seated on a bench-shaped throne, wearing an under garment with long sleeves, and over it another well-fitted garment which becomes loose at the waist and extends below his knees, with sleeves to the elbow. On top of this he wears a mantle fastened with short tasselled cords. He is holdings a sword in his right hand and an orb with a cross in his left. In the field, below each hand, is a roundel.

In the form of an equestrian seal, with a horse *courant*. The king is on horseback to *sinister*, wearing spurs, chain mail, a rich surcoat with a hood and a conical helmet with nasal. His foot is curved over the stirrup, and he holds a sloping lance with a pennon of three tails in his right hand and a kite-shaped shield in his left. The device on the pennon cannot be discerned, and it is the inside of the shield which is displayed.
