Robert of Stichill, master, physician

Biography
Watt, Graduates, 515: Robert occurs as Master in 1205x11 and 1214x15, the latter among clerks of Bishop William Malveisin. He took his name from Stichill (ROX) and can probably be identified with Robert Scott, brother of William of Stichill/Cott, who is found in Oxford circa 1215. He or his brother may have been the priest whose son was Robert of Stichill, bishop of Durham.
