Henry, master, physician

Biography
Watt, Graduates, 264: Henry is called medicus when witnessing charters of Bishop Hugh of St Andrews, dating 1179×88, and is later called a royal clerk, 1189×95, witnessing several royal acts as medicus. He appears to have been presented with the church of Inverlunan (Lunan, ANG) before it was given to Arbroath Abbey, 1189×95. He occurs as master 1189×99, prob. 1196×99 and also 1179×1209. He is probably not the same as Henry, royal clerk, who is not _medicus_. He is not found after 1200×02, except in the charter above (×1209).
