Description
Robert, king of Scots, has given his beloved relative (consanguineus) Robert Stewart, son of Walter, Steward of Scotland, for his homage and service, all his land of Cunningham (AYR), and legitimate heirs of his body, in feu and heritage, in free barony, with pit and gallows, sake and soke, toll and team and infangenthef, and with advowsons of churches, patronage of abbeys, homages and services of all freeholders, without any conditions, and with fees and forfeitures in time of peace and in time of warm with bondi, bondages, neyfs, and their offspring, for the service of three knights in his common army, and suit of court at his court of Ayr. If Robert dies without a lawful heir, the land will go to Walter Stewart.
