Robert, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful Malcolm Fleming, for his homage and service, the whole barony of Kirkintilloch (DNB), which belonged to the late John Comyn knight; in feu and heritage, for the service of one knight in his army, and suit at his sheriff court of Dumbarton at a single pleas held there.
