Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful Gilbert of Glassary, all the lands which were the late John son of Ewen's in the sheriffdom of Argyll (ARG), which came to the king owing to the forfeiture of the heirs of the late John being against the peace and faith of the king; holding and having in feu and heritage, as contained in the king's charter to Gilbert, for service owed and wont.
