Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful John Bisset, son and heir of Walter Bisset, all the lands of Clerkington in the sheriffdom of Edinburgh and all the lands of Kilbrackmont in the sheriffdom of Fife, which his father Walter resigned at Edinburgh by staff and baton; holding in feu and heritage, with multure, and homages and services of freeholders, for service owed and wont. And he wills that Walter may have the said lands for the term of his life.
