- David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful Malcolm Fleming of Biggar and Christiana, his spouse, all those lands which were the late John Kennedy's in the barony of Lenzie (DNB) owing to the forfeiture of the said John; holding by Malcolm and Christiana and their lawfully procreated children, of the king and of the chief lords of the feu, in feu and heritage, for service owed and wont.
