Description
David, king of Scots, inspects a charter of Thomas, earl of Mar, his relative. [Earl Thomas gives Ewen son of Fergus, all his land of Huchtirerne in Cromar in his earldom of Mar, for his homage and service; holding my Ewen and his legitimate male heirs of his body, for three suits of his court of Mar, saving the forinsec service of the king.] The king confirms this, saving his service.
