Description
David, king of Scots, noting the revocation of lands in his parliament at Scone on 26 October, including the lands of Robert Erskine, knight, with mature deliberation of his council in his more recent parliament at Scone, has given Robert for his homage and service, the barony of Dun (ANG); holding by Robert and Christiana, and their lawful heirs, failing which, by Robert's lawful heirs; in feu and heritage, in perpetuity, with the tenancies and services of freeholders, and with bondsmen, bondages, neyfs and their offspring, mills and multures; rendering service owed and wont.
