David, king of Scots, to his venerable father in Christ, Patrick, bishop of Brechin, his chancellor, to issue letters under the great seal to Arbroath abbey confirming to them the half mark from the customs of the their burgh which they received before the custom of the burgh was allocated to the payment of the king's ransom.
