Description
Roger, bishop of St Andrews, for Lindores Abbey; makes known that Sir David, earl, brother of Sir William, king of Scots, has founded the abbey, and has granted church of Lindores. At request of Sir David, earl, bishop gives church of Lindores as seat of abbey, so that church will be free and quit of corrodies, hospitality dues, synodals, cain and conveth.
