Document 2/10/259 (St A. Lib., 174)

Description
Gamelin, bishop of St Andrews, makes known that the prior and canons of St Andrews hold the church of Forgan in Fife with its chapel of Naughton (FIF), with one ploughgate of land and the teinds, and the rights to the patronage of the church from the collation of Alan de Lascelles. As Master Hugh of Stirling has now resigned, the canons obtain the rights of the church, saving the vicarage.
