- Description
- No vicars in the chapter of Glasgow, elected by the bishop or the dignitaries of the church, shall have a voice to either possessions pertaining to the church or to the bishop or dean, or pertaining to the canons; they may admit neither themselves nor another of their chapter, unless appointed by an official of the church, and they shall observe this as they were called to swear in the presence of the lord bishop, William Malveisin, touching the Gospels.
