Description
Patrick, son of Lord Earl of Dunbar, for Coldstream Priory; has granted whole land of ‘Selbuklethe’ which Alan son of Thomas the knight had of gift of his (Patrick’s) father. In addition, he grants whole pasture at head of ‘Wlweshope’ as far as boundaries between his father and William de Vieuxpont. No-one shall be allowed inside these boundaries with his animals to have any common pasture without permission from the nuns, as charter of Patrick’s father sets out and declares.
