Description
Robert, earl of Strathearn, has granted, and established by his charter, to Inchaffray Abbey, in pure and perpetual alms, all the churches, lands, possessions, liberties, rights, customs, easements, and all teinds in his household and in his lands, and everything else which his father the earl gave and granted to the canons, and established by his charters, as freely as the charters of his father bear witness. Moreover, he grants and establishes that he will not grant anyone lands without securing the rights and alms pertaining to the abbey.
