- Duncan, earl of Mar, has given, and by this his present charter has established, to God and St Mary at Monymusk and the canons serving God there (Monymusk Priory) the church of St Andrew of Kindrochit (ABD), with obventions and oblations and all its other lawful pertinents, and with one acre of land in Auchendryne on the other side of the river called ‘Alien’, in pure and perpetual alms.
