- Description
- Pope Innocent IV writes to the bishop, dean and treasurer of Glasgow, noting that he has indulged to the abbot and convent of Dunfermline that they shall not be cited beyond the Scottish sea concerning the goods which they have in Scotland, unless special mention is made of this indult. He thus commands them to not permit the abbot and convent to be bothered by anyone against this grant, compelling the molesters by ecclesiastical censure. If all of them cannot be present, then the bishop shall do it.
