Pope Innocent IV indulges to the abbot and convent of the monastery of Dryburgh that they may not be compelled to receive anything concerning the provision of another with regard to pensions or other ecclesiastical benefices by the authority of the apostolic see or of his legates without making mention of this special mandate.
