Description
Pope Gregory IX commands the bishop of Dunkeld, the abbot of Holyrood and the prior of Scone, to collect the whole ecclesiastical income of Patrick, clerk of the diocese of Glasgow, and pay it over to the bishop and chapter of Glasgow until satisfaction is made, deducting reasonable expenses, he having, when their proctor at Rome, defrauded them to the amount of over 1,800 marks, besides usuries and accessions.
