Pope Alexander IV has granted faculty to Master Robert de Prebenda, dean of Dunblane, Simon of Kinross, Elias of St Andrews, and Alan of Mitford, proctors of the prior and chapter of St Andrews, to contract a loan of £500, to pay for their expenses in expediting their business, binding the bishop-elect, the prior and chapter, and the goods of the church, to repay the same.
