Description
Richard Germine, lord of Lempitlaw, has given, granted, and by this his charter established and quitclaimed Alan son of Tock and his homage and all his offspring to Soutra Hospital, and all that land with toft and croft which Simon son of Gilbert held of Richard in the territory of Lempitlaw (ROX) by the same bounds by which Simon held it, in pure and perpetual alms, with all commons, easements and liberties pertaining to the said villa.
