Ralph, son of Ealhweald, has given etc. to the Prior and Convent of Coldingham the whole of the land that Haldane the Brewer bought from him, etc. in the plain of Coldingham and which he sold to the aforesaid prior and convent, some spurs to the value of one penny to be rendered to him yearly.
